This looks like an arriving morning train, judging by the lighting and the North Coast Limited, the Empire Builder, and what appears to be the California Zephyr at the far right (west) side of CB&Q's 14th Street Coach Yard in the background. All those trains will back into Union Station and depart in the afternoon.
